There comes a point when doing things on your own just doesn't make much sense. Late 2010 saw such a point come to Mike Kerby.

Mike had been working for years as a part time media professional, especially as a writer, voice artist, and audio technician. With some exceptions, most of the projects were for friends and business associates. It was a hobby business frequently offered to employers as a benefit of hiring him.

Over the years, he developed an impressive skill set adding video production and social media skills in addition to honing his voice work and audio design talent. He took courses to improve these skills further including one specifically for producing media for the internet.

Then he got serious. Instead of trying to be a one-man operation, Mike pursued other people of talent and skill. Years in the military and in the marketplace had proven the value of teamwork. He gathered an impressive group of available voice talent, writers, and others each with strong skills and an exceptional work ethic.

From the small beginnings of a hobby business comes a full-service production facility able to create almost any form of media.

MK&A isn't just a media services and production company. That is what we do but the why is much more.

Our mission is to honor God with all that we do. To do that, we need to be good stewards of what we have and treat people well. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and receive the best possible service. Doing that, we can stand with a clean conscience and know we have done the best job possible for all of our clients.

Yes, it is possible to stand before God and do work that isn't ministry. We can even feel good about making commerciarials and music videos forma lmost any style of music  or product.
